FACS is proud to announce that we have recently begun organizing in Loudoun County. By assembling in Loudoun we are honoring our commitment to uniting people of faith within Northern Virginia to develop local climate solutions. Although the need for action to address climate justice exists across the state of Virginia, it can be a very local and regional issue. FACS prioritizes organizing locally, where government is most accessible to its citizens. Decisions made at the county or city level directly impact people’s lives and also directly impact greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.
